IMPORTANT: Our shipping rates do not include customs duties, import taxes, or VAT.
The buyer is responsible for:

Shipping Restrictions
United States
- We cannot ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a complete physical street address.
Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia)
- Cameras and adult items are prohibited due to local regulations.
Oversized Items
- Some products are oversized and may incur higher shipping costs than displayed. This will be noted on the product page.
Other Restrictions

Wrong or Incomplete Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment/suite numbers and correct postal codes.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- Reshipping will incur charges equal to the original shipping cost
- Returns due to wrong addresses are subject to a 10% restocking fee
- We cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information
Delayed or Lost Orders
- Claims for lost or significantly delayed shipments can be processed after 100 days from the warehouse dispatch date
